Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. All orders are fulfilled from the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic (US): 5–10 business days.
International: 10–21 business days depending on your country and customs processing.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
My package says delivered but I didn't receive it.
Check with neighbors and your local post office first. If nothing turns up within 3 business days, contact us at the link below and we'll help sort it out.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the limited-drop nature of our releases, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
I received a wrong or damaged item.
We're sorry about that. Email us with your order number and a photo of the item and we will make it right.

How do your items fit?
Our pieces are true to size unless noted otherwise on the product page. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
Will sold-out items restock?
Most items are limited-run drops and will not restock. Sign up for Drop Alerts to be first in line for new releases.
How do I care for my Noble Mansions pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Follow the care label on each garment.
